I'm interested in buying art at artfair365 - where do I start?

At artfair365 you can browse and search for artwork using the Browse & Search Art link in the left hand navigation bar.

There are options to browse by subject, media, colour and type of artwork, and you can also browse artists portfolios.

If you want to buy an artwork or make an enquiry, click on the links in the View Art Image or View Artist Portfolio pages to contact the Artist or Gallery directly through the system.

At artfair365 you buy art directly from the artist, and we take no commission on sales.

I'm interested in selling my art at artfair365 - where do I start?

artfair365 allows artists to display their art works in our online gallery.

You can choose a Membership Option to suit you from the following subscription levels:

Premier Artist Account
Standard Artist Account
Free Artist Account

Buyers can contact you through the website if they are interested in purchasing any of your art works.

At artfair365 buyers buy art directly from the artist, and we take no commission on sales.

How do I subscribe to artfair365?

View our Membership Options and then click on the Subscribe link for the type of account you have selected.

For Standard and Premier Artist accounts you can make payment either online through PayPal or offline by cheque.

I've subscribed to artfair365 - how do I manage my art works and my account?

Simply login to the system with your email address and password, and you will see a new navigation bar appear on the left hand side, as shown below:

Click on each link to complete your details.

How often can I update my online profile and the images in my gallery?

As often as you like! Simply login to the system to manage your online profile and your gallery images.

Is there any waiting or set up time?

If you subscribe online your account is created automatically and you can get started straight away. If you subscribe offline, please allow us time to set up your account and check that your funds have cleared.

Are there any restrictions on the types of art I can display on artfair365?

Yes. artfair365 has an acceptable use policy relating to the types of images that can be uploaded. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

I'm having trouble using the website - how can I get help?

Please contact us. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours where possible.
